| Why at all we need a Print Sceen?. Attimes it is very essential to capture whole or part of our computer screen appearence to print on paper or to include in our projects as a point of reference to explain certain parts of our products/tutorials. |

While surfing internet if we come across a good and useful site and wanted to tell about it to a friend we can do so by sending url (website address link) of the website through email. If we come across an awesome graphic or photograph on internet we can right click on the image and save to our computer drives and later we can send the saved graphic/image/photo to a friend through email.
Than why we need a screen shot or print screen option to copy and paste on to seperate graphic editor?
The question has already been answered in at the begining.
I have a nice website about my Training Institute and wamted to give a wide publicity through brouchers and other print related ads in my locality to get some trainee recruites. I would like to include part of my website design in to my brouchers. For that I need not to go for designing another graphics of my website if I can include parts of my website with link to to website prnited below. I can take parts of my website screen appearance with wonderful "Print Screen" Key option on my Keyboard.
I want to share my wonderful desktop appearence with an online friend by sending Screenshot/Print
Screen graphic through email. I can do this with help of Print Screen option.
I am writing few tutorials for my Training Insititute trainees who can't
attend classes due to some reasons.
Online Tutorials also
needs some pictorial examples along with explanation to better understand the tutorial lessons. With Print Screen option I can capture required areas of the subject images and include them to show "How to?" carry out certain task.
Iam not going to say uses of "Prt Scn/Sys Rq" are enormous, but it is an useful option. We can't predict when we need it.
